The Housing Recovery Fund of America was formed to establish a real estate investment fund that invests in single and multifamily residential real estate across the United States and to acquire for "all cash", with no mortgage debt, residential real estate to maximize rental income and resale profit potential.

The Fund will target undervalued and/or financially distressed single-family and multi- family properties, at or below replacement cost, through "short sales," bank owned (REO) real estate in prime locations in the Southeast and Southwest USA.

The Fund's manager is Alexander-Borden Manager, LLC, which is owned by principals of Avalon Investment & Securities Group, Inc. and Alexander Properties Group, Inc. The Manager has an experienced team of professionals and service companies that have in-depth real estate experience and knowledge to invest in the housing market today on an all cash basis to minimize risk and to maximize investment earnings. Collectively, the team has acquired, developed and managed properties throughout the United States that account for various portfolios in excess of thirty-five thousand residential properties with a market value in excess of one billion dollars.

One key difference between the Fund's investment philosophy and objectives and other real estate funds is that all Fund acquisitions of properties will be acquired with all cash, without the use of leverage, allowing its investors to own residential real estate without a mortgage. Cash flow revenue after expenses is credited to the investors rather than a lender. The Fund's investment objective is to reduce risk by acquiring a diverse portfolio of multi-family and single family residential real estate properties in multiple locations across the United States and to enhance the potential for cash distributions to the investors.
